What is the role of a property manager?

Property management is a very diverse, challenging and important role for a property investor. No two days are ever the same. What property managers do is mind boggling to some but to many of us it is ‘all in a day’s work’. Property management is really about People Management.

Property management is the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical investment property.

The key role of a property manager is as follows;

  • Manage the tenancy agreement signing process and handling questions
